Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets via our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Available options appear at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—contact us as soon as possible. We can edit or cancel until the order is fulfilled. After a label is created or the order ships, we’re unable to make changes.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unless stated otherwise, one promotion or discount code can be applied per order.
Shipping & Delivery (USA only)
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (50 states + D.C.).
How long does processing take?
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What are the shipping options and rates?
- Standard (3–5 business days): $7.90 flat rate
- Free Economy (5–8 business days): $0 on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax)
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx—chosen based on destination and service.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order departs. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
My package is delayed—what should I do?
If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.
Do you require a signature?
For high-value orders, a signature may be required at delivery.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes, where service is available (typically via USPS). Some items may require a street address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new and unused items in original packaging.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes—personalized/engraved and custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (please email clear photos within 7 days of delivery).
How do I start a return?
Email contact@olvri.com with your order number to receive authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank/issuer processing times vary.
Do you offer exchanges?
We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement.
Product & Materials
What materials do you use?
We primarily use buffalo and goat leather. Surface variations and color differences are normal for natural leather and are part of each bag’s character.
Are the colors on the website exact?
We aim for accurate photos, but displays vary by device. Minor differences may occur.
Will my laptop fit?
Each product page lists interior dimensions and any sleeve size. Please compare measurements with your device to confirm fit.
Are your bags waterproof?
Leather is not waterproof. Avoid prolonged moisture and dry naturally if wet. See Care below.
Where are Olvri products made?
We work with skilled partner workshops in Udaipur and Jodhpur, India.
Care
How do I care for my leather bag?
- Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Air-dry away from direct heat.
- Use a light leather conditioner sparingly when needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place; avoid prolonged sun or moisture.
There’s a natural leather scent—is that normal?
Yes, a mild leather aroma is normal and typically softens with use and ventilation.
Warranty, Repairs & Defects
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind the workmanship of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist. General wear and tear or variations expected of natural leather aren’t considered defects.
Do you offer repairs?
We don’t offer in-house repairs at this time, but we’re happy to advise on care or reputable local leather repair options.
Gifts
Can I add a gift note?
Yes—add your note at checkout or email us right after placing your order with the message and order number.
Do you include prices on packing slips?
For gifts shipped within the U.S., pricing is not shown on the packing slip.

How do you handle my data?
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; Olvri does not store full card numbers.
